Ostazly is an educational platform designed to provide course content and training. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration. Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including videos and documents, are the intellectual property of Ostazly and its respective instructors. Copying, recording, or redistributing content by any means is strictly forbidden and may lead to legal action and immediate account termination.
3. Payment Transactions:
Course fees are collected through integrated electronic payment gateways (Paymob). Once the payment is successful, content is automatically activated for the student. The listed prices are the final fees for the services provided.
4. Code of Conduct:
Students and instructors are expected to maintain professional and ethical behavior. Posting offensive content or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to ban any user who misuses the service without a refund.
5. Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time to reflect legal or technical updates. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

At Ostazly Platform, we strive to provide an excellent learning experience. The following points clarify our refund conditions:
1. Refund Period:
Students can request a refund within 7 days from the date of course purchase.
2. Eligibility Criteria:

A refund is granted only if the student has watched less than 10% of the course content (videos and documents).

If any course-related documents or notes have been downloaded, the right to a refund is waived.
3. Refund Process:

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., E-wallet or Credit Card).

The refund process may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the bank and payment gateway policies.

Any administrative fees charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refunded amount.
