The primary downside to this ability is that, if the Hillbilly runs into an environmental hazard, then the character will be left in a stunned state for a few seconds. So the move does grant the Killer an incredible boost of speed, it is not as brainless of an attack as it sounds. A smart Hillbilly player will learn the intricacies of the charge and learn to navigate the rapid Killer with clinical precis

On paper this ability does not seem all that useful, yes it allows players to travel the map incredibly quickly but there is another layer that makes the move such a threat in the Dead by Daylight meta. By adding additional time to Spencer's Last Breath the Nurse can blink multiple times in succession. These multiple blinks add an additional second to the recharge period per blink used in succession but it can be used to rapidly cover the distance of a fleeing survivor in an inst

Whether you like it or not, multiplayer games are moving toward games as a service models. Battle passes are one way developers generate new content and revenue through their video games. Hillbilly's primary gimmick is this powerful charge, and it makes the rather "vanilla" character one of the strongest in the cast. Mastering this ability is what separates a solid Hillbilly from a novice

The first, and by far the most important, part of playing the Nurse is to truly have a feel for a map's layout before playing the killer. As the majority of her toolkit revolves around being able to quickly and rapidly cut off fleeing survivors with Spencer's Last Breath. There will be shortcuts or particular paths that can give the character an edge in hunting the survivors and learning these routes will up your success rate with the character. So be sure to memorize the location of a map's generators, shortcuts, pallets, and overall layout so hunting will be much eas

Something to consider when deciding when or when not to blink with the Nurse is that the ability has a major drawback. If a survivor shines a flashlight on the Nurse as she is blinking she will be stunned by the flash for a short period of time. Stunting her movement and chasing of the survivors. So be careful when choosing when or when not to blink. A well-timed flashlight can place the Nurse at a severe disadvant

Dead by Daylight is a great game to have such an option because of the new characters they are adding every year. Of course, players can also just purchase the new killers or survivor packages outright without having to deal with the battle p

Provided his slow starts to matches, the Oni is rather reliant on the previously mentioned perks to succeed in hunting down survivors. So if a player has no access to the mentioned perks they will notice a difficulty in initiating the oppressive offense of the Oni. It is almost too reliant on these perks to succeed online. However, that is not to say that the Oni cannot be successful without the mentioned perks, but Oni almost certainly is unoptimized without them. So be sure to grind until these perks are at your disposal to truly optimize your Oni p

The game has received a bounty of added content, from new killers to new arenas, Dead by Daylight is overflowing with content. However, even among the games base roster, there are truly masterful killers to choose from. One of which is the deadly and versatile Hillbilly, considered by most players to be the most powerful Killer in the game. With a range of abilities, skills, and a truly intimidating character design, Hillbilly is the epitome of what it means to be a Killer. However, even with his versatile arsenal of weapons, skills and learnable abilities, Hillbilly can be rather tricky to pick up and excel with. However, with some guidance, even a novice Hillbilly player can become an efficient and deadly Killer, one which will be feared by all Survivors in his p

The Rift

The Rift is basically the same concept as a 'Battle Pass', in which it comes with its own differing Tiers and its own challenges. The completion of nodes within 'The Auris Web' will grant XP which gradually builds up to create a 'Rift Fragment'. Rift Fragments are accumulated toward a leveling system (that has a max of 70) and each fragment will reward players with new; charms, outfits, and Auric Cells. Auric Cells is a special currency in Dead by Daylight that can be used to unlock premium rewards that are available for a limited time. So, if players have an eye on a certain reward, The Rift is only open for about 70 days at a time and it's recommended to keep grinding until that goal is reached before it res
