When players reach St. Denis, they'll be able to converse with a monk who is convinced that some poor folk are being kept prisoner in a store, set to be used as human chattel. His information turns out to be correct, so go there and do the right th
The leaker also correctly stated that the game has "5 zones," which is true. There are five states in Red Dead Redemption 2 , including New Austin from the previous game. (Speaking of New Austin, the rest of this article spoils the epilogue of the game, so that's another warning for you.)
In an online game, it’s only natural customization play a key role. Ultimately, every player will want to carve out their own personal identity in the economy of the game. Doing so requires money, though, and buying new clothes to customize your avatar is going to run your wallet dry f
What some players have discovered by looting the mail carriage southwest of Fort Wallace, is that the lady in the house is called Miriam, and may, in fact, be kept under unofficial house arrest by her father, Eug
Rockstar has implemented a solid selection of camera options for RDR2. These range from a first-person view to various third-person options. For online play, however, you need only concern yourself with one camera angle and that is to be as zoomed out as possi
Speaking of Mount Shann, it has a few mysteries of its own. Not only have players connected Mount Shann to Mount Chiliad from Grand Theft Auto 5, but they have also found several strange things around Mount Shann. For starters, there is a strange rock formation that can be found atop the mountain. The rock formation has what appears to be a compass or type of sundial on it. There are many other locations with the same markings making people think that Mount Shann holds more mysteries than it leads
There are plenty of little huts and shacks to explore if you're brave enough to travel off the beaten track, but one, in particular, has clearly been home to a witch! Inside, there's a bubbling cauldron full of mysterious liquid that the player is able to cons
Rockstar Games has been no stranger to adding Bigfoot into their games. We already know that Bigfoot exists in the Red Dead Redemption universe thanks to the first game where it featured a talking Bigf
No, we're not talking about a great DJ Snake tune (as awesome as it is). A big part of battle royale is to remain unseen for as long as possible. Catching your enemy by surprise will give you an advantage, making your odds far better. The best way to achieve this is to crouch as often as you can . Making yourself a smaller target, while also reducing the sound you make as you move, will be invalua
What an interesting take from this leak. So apparently, Red Dead Redemption 2 was stuck in a form of development hell - which is when a game's initial development is halted and the future of whether or not it will continue is still in the air. It's interesting that the team "kept remaking a vertical slice demo" as late as months prior to the game's official announcement. It seems they got everything in order in those months.
Marvel's Spider-Man is the best superhero video game of all time. Sorry to the Batman: Arkham games, I love you - but this game is just so good. I'm kinda sad that it got snubbed at this year's The Game Awards ceremony, losing to the next two games on my list (spoiler alert)...and also got snubbed at our own Awards ceremony . Boy, oh boy, this game got pushed under the rug.
2018. Seriously, what a year for gaming. I can't remember the last time I actually had this many games to juggle into the top 3. When Sony blew their load at E3 2016, it was one of their best conferences and, incidentally, most of those games released this year, like God of War and Marvel's Spider-Man . I didn't jump on the Nintendo Switch hype until August of this year, and honestly, I've barely used it because of all the other titles shining instead.
Even though everyone more or less agrees that Grand Theft Online was an enormous disaster that squandered its great potential due to Rockstar’s incredibly poor economy driven by the need for Shark Cards, fans everywhere have basically given up pushing back against the rise of microtransactions in favor of just accepting life as it is. As a result, red dead redemption 2 updates Dead Online is booming in popularity despite Rockstar having learned nothing from their last outing. If you’re one of the brave few trying to enjoy the game’s online half without giving into Gold Bars, you’re probably struggling, but that’s why we’re h
On that note, this also means you should avoid buying upgrades as much as possible. This is a bit more problematic since upgrading your weapons will actively make the game a smoother experience, but this is a luxury we can’t afford. Literally. You’re better off saving your money and getting accustomed to the guns as they come. A skilled or talented player won’t need upgrades to play well. Does it eliminate your in-game identity even more so? Most definitely, but that’s just an unfortunate consequence of Rockstar’s online game des
